How we deliver accounts

After you submit your redeem request, the status page shows the delivery progress for your order. Non-subscription accounts are usually completed within 2 hours, while subscription accounts may require up to 24 hours. The delivered account follows the exact scope described on the Kinguin product page.

What to do after receiving the account

Sign in to the delivered mailbox, change the game account password, update the mailbox password, review recovery details and secure any 2FA information provided with the order. Where mailbox access is included in the Kinguin listing, the related email credentials are delivered together with the account details.

How to cancel or report a problem

Open your order at https://www.kinguin.net/inventory/games, click Show Key, then choose Report a Problem. You can also open the Kinguin Resolution Center directly at https://www.kinguin.net/app/dashboard/createreport.

Refund policy

Claims, returns and refund requests must be handled through the Kinguin Resolution Center. Eligibility depends on the product type, delivery stage and whether the delivered account has already been changed, linked, activated, or otherwise altered by the customer. Where available, refund handling is decided by Kinguin and may be processed to Kinguin balance or the original payment method according to Kinguin procedures.

Account validity risks

Changing region, currency, linked services, recovery details or subscription settings may affect account validity and may also affect claim eligibility. Always review the delivered account carefully before making changes.
